Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed and sent to the supplier within one business day.
  • Once the order has been funded, the status will update to "Awaiting Supplier Acceptance".
  • After the order has been assigned a tracking number, the status will update to "Shipped".

2. Shipping Time Frame:

  • United States (All 50 States): Orders typically ship within 2 to 7 business days.
  • Puerto Rico: Orders typically ship within 3 to 12 business days.
  • We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • Shipping is included in the product cost, and no additional shipping fees will be charged.

3. Tracking Information:

  • Buyers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
  • Tracking information can be checked on the carrier's website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) or by searching the tracking number on Google.

4. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled before they have been shipped by clicking the "Request Refund" button in the Proaromatic Buyer Center or by contacting customer service.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Supplier Acceptance:

  • Once an order is sent to the supplier, the supplier will either accept or reject the order.
  • If the order is rejected due to an item being out of stock or discontinued, the buyer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

6. Payment and Authorization:

  • The charge for an order remains as an authorization until the item ships.
  • Once the item has shipped, the authorization will be converted into an actual charge.

8. Policy Updates:

  • We periodically update our shipping policy to reflect changes in our processes, carrier regulations, or other necessary adjustments.
  • Any updates will be posted on our website, and we encourage customers to review the policy regularly.
